Responsibilities
Drive improvement and implement initiatives by managing projects and customer communications while collaborating with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with leadership to execute strategies, continuously develop processes, projects, and systems to drive efficiencies, eliminate waste, and maximize profitability.
Lead collaboration and continued development of the platform and the company's call center services.
Collaborate with Market Unit leadership and Channel leadership to develop tools, training and tracking.
Coordinate customer communications through the internal platform and the company's call center service including new products, commercial offers, and operations changes, i.e., re-routes, holiday planning, etc.
Create metrics, help develop dashboard to monitor metrics and establish a culture of transparency within the team and across project areas.
Travel up to 20%.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of people leadership experience.
