About the position

As the Sales Operations Manager, you will serve as a key contributor to the Sales Operations function, driving strategic enhancements to our Salesforce platform and sales processes. The Sales Operations Manager will implement forward-thinking strategies to optimize workflows, deliver actionable reporting and insights, and develop training programs that promote sales adoption and data accuracy. Your leadership will ensure that the sales organization is fully equipped with the systems, insights, and guidance they need to achieve ambitious revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead CRM Initiatives: Develop and implement the Salesforce strategy for Tubi within Salesforce, ensuring its alignment with Tubi and Fox's evolving business needs
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Tubi sales Account Executives & management, Internal Fox systems teams, and Salesforce Tech to troubleshoot issues, prioritize enhancements, and maintain a streamlined Salesforce environment
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data through ongoing quality assurance processes, maintaining reliable pipeline and forecasting metrics. Develop and manage dashboards and reports tailored to the needs of sales leadership, account executives, and B2B marketing initiatives. Collaborate with Sales and Business Operations teams to support weekly revenue forecasting, leveraging pipeline data and direct sales input to deliver comprehensive insights
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine and document sales processes to enhance data accuracy, operational efficiency, and consistency within sales systems. Establish and systematize best practices to streamline workflows and ensure seamless execution of critical sales activities
  • Training & Adoption: Develop and deliver training, documentation, and ongoing support to the sales team, ensuring effective utilization of CRM (Salesforce) tools, workflows, and best practices
  • Workflow Automation: Collaborate with department heads within Sales to automate workflows and reduce manual administrative tasks, enabling faster, more informed decision-making

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in Sales Operations, Salesforce administration, or related roles, ideally within media, advertising, or a technology-driven environment
  • Excellent project management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • In-depth experience with CRM systems (experience with Salesforce needed) and reporting/analytics tools
  • Demonstrated ability to identify operational gaps, recommend solutions, and implement strategies that improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of fostering positive relationships and driving alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative to address challenges and consistently improve operations
