About the position

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing sales program management, ensuring CRM data quality, and maintaining forecast accuracy. This role involves planning and coordinating projects to enhance the operational efficiency of the sales force, as well as developing data solutions and providing operational support to sales management. The position also includes coaching and developing staff to improve sales analysis techniques and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales program operations and ensure CRM data quality and forecast accuracy.
  • Oversee pipeline and forecast management, including compensation and quota setting.
  • Plan and coordinate territory and budget planning activities.
  • Create and develop data solutions such as reports and dashboards, and coordinate ad hoc data queries.
  • Provide operational support to sales management and improve operational efficiency of the sales force.
  • Develop and motivate staff by coaching on sales analysis techniques and processes.
  • Maintain information on sales activities to support performance metrics and process improvement.
  • Manage performance of direct or indirect reports by defining accountabilities and establishing performance objectives.

Requirements

  • University degree (equivalent to Bachelor's degree) in Finance, General Business, Sales or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in sales operations or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience managing people.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, Data Analytics, CRM, and Oracle Financial Systems.
