About the position

Bluegrass Lending Group specializes in providing small businesses and merchants with comprehensive financial services, including Merchant Cash Advances, Credit Card Processing, SBA Loans, Equipment Financing, and Term Loans. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team based in our Wall Street office in New York City. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients through both cold and warm calling, understanding their financing needs, and guiding them through the pre-approval process. This position is an independent contractor opportunity that offers a commission-based structure, along with daily, weekly, and monthly KPI bonuses on top of your regular commissions. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Understanding of small business financing dynamics is a plus
  • Strong motivation and competitive spirit
  • Ability to thrive independently and collaborate effectively
  • Comfortable with CRMs and Microsoft Office
  • Eagerness for self-improvement and learning
  • Coachable attitude
  • Bachelor's Degree (not required)
