About the position

The Sales Representative at Surface Experts is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers in property management and facilities maintenance. This role emphasizes educating clients about the company's unique services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and executing a structured sales process. The position offers a flexible schedule, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Find and build relationships with customers in property management and facilities maintenance.
• Educate customers on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations.
• Validate customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Earn customer trust through service and problem-solving.
• Meet with 10-15 contacts daily through on-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups.
• Document sales activities in CRM and track clients from lead to work order.
• Plan and execute sales strategy for the assigned territory.
