Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding comfort consultations and installation sale agreements.
• Coordinate sales representatives' schedules with service technicians for HVAC calls.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to current and prospective customers.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, dispatching them to the appropriate sales team member.
• Enter customer information in the company database and assist with inquiries efficiently.
• Deescalate customer concerns and work to resolve them effectively.
• Maintain a safe workplace and prioritize safety in all operations.
• Handle special projects as requested by management and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a sales role.
• Experience in dispatching calls.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good writing skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

• Service Titan experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus but not required.
