About the position

Medline is seeking a driven Sales Specialist focused on Skin Health solutions to enhance sales in independent accounts. The role emphasizes building long-term customer relationships and requires excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Skin Health solutions to grow sales in independent accounts.
  • Stay updated on industry changes, market dynamics, products, clinical sciences, and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with territory sales reps, Market Sales Directors, and Clinical Services to improve processes for targeted accounts.
  • Conduct research, collect data, and perform cost analysis to enhance customer value propositions.
  • Lead skin health discussions in customer meetings and conduct business reviews to identify profitability opportunities.
  • Coach and mentor sales reps on Skin Health capabilities and solutions.
  • Target and cultivate relationships with key external stakeholders and organizations.
  • Develop business plans to achieve targeted annual GM and sales growth in the region.
  • Provide feedback on pricing, formulary recommendations, and contract structures for skin health.
  • Analyze performance data with VPs and Skin Health Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years of outside healthcare sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to customers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous wound care or related sales experience.
  • Experience selling in assisted living, nursing homes, home health, or the healthcare industry.
  • Previous experience with wound care or skin care products.
