HOM Furniture is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team in St. Cloud, MN. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and providing exceptional service to meet their home furnishing needs. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• For Design Consultant role, a design degree and 1-3 years of experience is required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Moderate physical demands including sitting, standing, and light cleaning tasks.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• A passion for home furnishings and design.
