Responsibilities

  • Pull ongoing and ad hoc reporting for weekly/quarterly business reviews and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and implement improvements in current workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and visibility, potentially using Salesforce.com or other tools.
  • Build programming and content to help new hires onboard quickly, tracking effectiveness metrics to identify top and bottom performers.
  • Engage in hands-on problem-solving to address immediate challenges while also planning for long-term improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in sales, marketing, operations, product, and finance to troubleshoot systems issues and develop future-state processes.

Requirements

  • High-impact self-starter with the ability to take initiative and operate with minimal guidance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure analyses to answer key business questions and drive decision-making.
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with SQL, Tableau, or Looker is a plus.
  • Ability to tackle problems independently and document solutions clearly for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of connecting with various teams to build effective processes.
  • Flexibility and ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities effectively.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or a startup environment.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree from a top school preferred.
  • Previous experience in Sales, Sales Operations, or Strategy is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data architecture and analytics tools.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $130,000 - $210,000 USD.
  • Potential for additional compensation through sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
