About the position

The Sales Strategy & Operations Manager at Emarsys eMarketing Systems is responsible for supporting the planning, development, measurement, and implementation of growth strategies for the US market. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance productivity and efficiency within the commercial organization, focusing on process improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance existing processes to drive productivity and efficiency across the commercial organization.
  • Support process implementation, standardization, and measurement for the Success organization related to upsales, renewals, client risk, and churn.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to identify process improvements and automate workflows where possible.
  • Guide the global rollout of new processes, ensuring adoption and ongoing management.
  • Produce reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Excel for planning and performance management purposes, including forecasting and tracking key business metrics.
  • Lead projects aimed at improving sales methodologies and effectiveness.
  • Continuously develop standard reporting tools to support changing business requirements.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in sales operations or program management.
  • Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce) and project management tools.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with experience in Power BI and Power Pivot being a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for cross-cultural communication.
  • Proven program management and project management skills.

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • High aptitude for technology and ability to work with a wide range of personalities.
