As a Sales & Support Administrator within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in Erie, PA. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. The Sales & Support Administrator (SSA) is the trusted partner to the PNC Private Bank Leadership and Advisor teams. The Sales & Support Administrator partners with the PNC Private Bank advisor team to proactively manage their assigned book of business. This enables advisor capacity to work more closely with clients by providing essential office and administrative support, which will help our clients achieve and maintain financial success. The Sales & Support Administrator fulfills responsibilities across all PNC Private Bank disciplines. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, handling cross-discipline sales support, new client onboarding, administrative support, and risk management. In this role, you will provide sales, service, and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. You may serve as a customer solutions resource, gathering required documentation, preparing, reviewing, and verifying documents and relevant information for accuracy. You will perform common processing and ensure compliance with standard regulations and processes. Additionally, you may administer complex implementation plans and related client interactions, acting as a point of contact for clients, client teams, or service partners, and may act as an escalation point for complex client implementation and servicing issues. You will initiate, update, and verify client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications and provide reports as needed. You will also serve as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
  • Knowledge of customer support policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
