Year Up United is an intensive job training program designed for young adults, providing them with essential skills, internship opportunities, and personalized mentorship to help launch their careers. The program combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support, aiming to equip participants with the necessary tools to succeed in the workforce.

Responsibilities

• Participate in in-classroom skill development sessions.
• Engage in internships with leading organizations such as Merck, Bank of America, and Amtrak.
• Receive personalized coaching and mentorship throughout the program.
• Develop professional business and communication skills.
• Build resumes and practice interviewing and networking skills.

Requirements

• Must be between 18-29 years old.
• High school graduate or GED recipient.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday throughout the program duration.
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• Must not have obtained a Bachelor's degree.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
