About the position

At Freddie Mac, you will do important work to build a better housing finance system and you'll be part of a team helping to make homeownership and rental housing more accessible and affordable across the nation. We are looking for a dynamic Salesforce Developer to join our diverse Enterprise Operations Technology team. This role is crucial as it provides development support for applications that support our Operational Resiliency Business, focusing on Process Modeling, Business Impact Analysis, and Business Continuity Planning. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for delivering high-quality software project deliverables, including Analysis, Design, Development, and Quality Assurance. This position strongly influences enabling technology solutions and investigates new opportunities to integrate with other applications within the ecosystem to deliver value. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, innovative, and motivated to enable business enhancements in the Fusion implementation. You will be accountable for ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet the high standards expected by Freddie Mac. This role requires excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, as well as the ability to navigate through a large corporate environment while ensuring that appropriate processes are met. You will also need to provide expert insight into technical design documents and be able to convert complex business requirements into technical solutions. Responsibilities

• Provide development support for applications supporting Operational Resiliency Business.
• Deliver high-quality software project deliverables including Analysis, Design, Development, and Quality Assurance.
• Investigate new opportunities to integrate with other applications within the ecosystem.
• Convert complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide expert insight into technical design documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from an accredited university with coursework in Business, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• 2 - 4 years of Salesforce hands-on experience with configuration and customization of Salesforce.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer.
• Experience with APIs and application integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to navigate through a large corporate environment and ensure appropriate processes are met.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in a highly-complex environment.
