A Typical Day The Salesforce Developer will: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies. Implement and maintain Salesforce configurations, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects. Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features. Create and maintain technical documentation. Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the Salesforce platform. Participate in agile development processes. Provide support to end-users and assist with training.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer/programming experience (6+ years)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features and capabilities.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization and able to decide for one vs the other.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) are highly preferred.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Experience with specific integration tools, e.g., AWS is a plus.
- Drive design decisions to conclusion with business management using quick POC's and presentations.
- Perform peer reviews of design and code.
- Ability to participate and provide inputs that help in continuous improvements from a development process standpoint.
