About the position

Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce professional with over 8 years of experience in the Salesforce domain, particularly with at least 2 years in Banking and Insurance FSC implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce knowledge and experience in implementation projects in a Lead or Senior role. Responsibilities include designing and implementing secure and scalable business solutions in Salesforce FSC CRM, collaborating with architects and business stakeholders to gather requirements, and having hands-on experience in Apex Programming, OmniStudio, and REST APIs. A deep understanding of the FSC data model and Salesforce FSC certification is preferred, along with familiarity with integration management, data migration solutions, and real-time data synchronization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure and scalable business solutions in Salesforce FSC CRM.
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Lead Salesforce implementation projects in a Senior role.
• Utilize Apex Programming, OmniStudio, and REST APIs in projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce domain.
• 2+ years in Banking and Insurance FSC implementation projects.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge with experience in implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience in Apex Programming, OmniStudio, and REST APIs.
• Salesforce Certification like Java Developer/PD1/Platform developer/OmniStudio Developer/Service.
• Deep understanding of FSC data model.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform, Salesforce Data Security, and Salesforce Mobile App.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of AI and Agentforce.
• Good understanding of BFSI domain.
