About The Position

The Salesforce Loyalty Management Consultant role at Accenture involves working closely with clients to analyze their business needs and customize Loyalty Management solutions using the Force.com platform. The consultant will be responsible for developing strategic visions for projects, maintaining effective client relations, and ensuring timely delivery of quality work. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Experience supporting Salesforce Loyalty Management clients.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with Loyalty Management requirements gathering.
• A minimum of 2 years of functional experience on the Salesforce.com platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and/or Interaction Studio is a plus.
• Superb communication and presentation skills.
• Combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience.
• Experience working with SQL, JavaScript, and HTML.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of integrations, single sign-on, and security (MuleSoft, Informatica, other ETL tools preferred).
• Demonstrable experience in technology implementation full lifecycle/enterprise software projects.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to analyze their work practices and understand their business needs.
• Customize Loyalty Management solutions using the Force.com platform.
• Develop a strategic vision for projects, including product development and improvements.
• Estimate work effort, lead project scoping, and determine required resources.
• Set realistic schedules and build accurate communication and governance plans.
• Maintain effective client relations and deliver timely information.
• Document Loyalty Management data modeling and architecture.
