About the position

As a Salesforce Vlocity Developer, you will play a crucial role in delivering rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex business problems. You will leverage native Industry Cloud functionality to meet customer requirements quickly and efficiently, minimizing the need for customization. Your work will involve collaborating with Solution Architects and Technical Architects to turn program designs into configured solutions that align with customer needs. In this role, you will be part of Agile scrum teams, building out complex business processes using Industry Cloud technology and the platform's toolkit. You will engage in all phases of the project lifecycle, from low-level design and development to deployment and post-production support. A deep understanding of Salesforce Industries vertical applications will be essential, as you will mentor customer and system integrator resources, facilitating knowledge transfer and best practices. As a champion in the wider Salesforce Industries partner ecosystem, you will share insights, lessons learned, and time-saving techniques, contributing to the overall success of our projects. This position is remote-first, allowing you to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic and innovative team that is core to our vision of developing, building, and running the future of customer experience (CX).
Responsibilities
- Deliver rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex business problems.
- Leverage native Industry Cloud functionality to meet customer requirements with minimal customization.
- Turn program designs from Solution Architects and Technical Architects into configured solutions.
- Work in Agile scrum teams to build out complex business processes using Industry Cloud technology.
- Engage in all phases of the project lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and post-production support.
- Acquire deep product knowledge of Salesforce Industries vertical applications.
- Mentor customer and system integrator resources to accelerate knowledge transfer.
- Act as a champion in the Salesforce Industries partner ecosystem, sharing best practices and lessons learned.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience working on deployment teams, ideally using Agile development techniques.
- Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise CRM implementations.
- Experience in building solutions in the telecommunication services industry.
- Adept at picking up new skills and technologies, eager to break new ground.
- Comfortable with crafting emails and leading discussions or delivering technical presentations.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
Nice-to-haves
- Sales Cloud Consultant certification
- Omnistudio consultant certification
- Experience with Apex classes, Test Classes, and Apex Triggers
- Knowledge of Asynchronous apex (Batch apex, Schedule apex, queueable apex, future annotation)
- Familiarity with LWC and Aura Components
- Experience with Custom MetaData and Custom Setting
- Knowledge of Vlocity (Omniscript, IP, Dataraptors, Flexcard)
- Experience with Vlocity Contract Lifecycle Management
- Familiarity with Adobe eSign
