About the position

The SAP Costing Manager for Life Sciences at Accenture is responsible for leading teams to deliver innovative SAP solutions tailored to the unique needs of clients in the Life Sciences industry. This role combines technical expertise in SAP with strong leadership and communication skills to drive successful project outcomes and foster long-term client relationships. The position requires a deep understanding of costing needs within the Life Sciences sector and the ability to guide clients through their digital transformation journeys using SAP technologies.

Responsibilities

• Use Life Sciences Finance industry knowledge to assess clients' costing needs.
• Lead teams of consultants in advising clients on SAP solutions for the Life Sciences Industry.
• Deliver SAP Life Sciences Industry cloud solutions that align with client requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients' senior leaders to support their long-term vision.
• Drive business development and sales efforts to grow Accenture's SAP practice.
• Serve as a thought leader in SAP Costing, enhancing both personal and team expertise.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years experience in SAP projects for Pharmaceutical, Medical Technology, or Life Sciences clients.
• Minimum of 3 years SAP functional and technical experience in profit and inventory/transfer pricing.
• At least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning and solution architecture.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
