Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a skilled SAP S/4 HANA Implementation Consultant with Performance Engineering experience to join our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. This position is part of Cognizant's Quality Engineering and Assurance (QEA) Practice, which is recognized as the largest Quality Assurance Practice globally, servicing over 800 clients. Our practice is dedicated to helping clients with their Quality Engineering transformation journey, offering next-generation QA services such as System Modernization Assurance, Business Process Assurance, Quality Engineering, Cloud Platform Assurance, Customer Experience Assurance, and Robotic Test Automation. As an SAP S/4 HANA Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in defining, developing, and applying performance and scalability benchmarks. You will collaborate with multifunctional teams to characterize, debug, and enhance system performance and scalability. Your expertise will be essential in identifying performance bottlenecks using various profiling tools and conducting root cause analysis. You will also be responsible for planning and executing performance tests in an automated testing environment, analyzing results, and participating in architecture and design reviews of complex solutions. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on software testing experience, with a strong focus on performance testing of SAP applications. Candidates should have experience with both Brownfield and Greenfield S/4 HANA implementations, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, or C++. Familiarity with performance testing tools like LoadRunner Enterprise, Apache JMeter, and application performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and AppDynamics is also essential. The position is based in Austin, TX, and Raleigh, NC, with a hybrid work model requiring three days in the office.
