About the position

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team on Saturday nights. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while ensuring a high standard of hospitality. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain food safety standards will contribute to an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and making recommendations.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines in all aspects of food handling.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in mixology and beverage offerings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food service industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and hospitality best practices.
• Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
• Effective time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and practices in the food industry.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A passion for providing exceptional service in a fine dining environment is highly desirable.
