About the position

AppleOne's partners are seeking experienced Small Business Administration (SBA) Underwriters to join their team. This role is critical in assessing the creditworthiness of small businesses, which involves a thorough analysis of financial ratios, trends, and cash flow. The SBA Underwriter will be responsible for creating projections and evaluating the associated risks of lending to small businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and underwriting, with a focus on small business loans. Responsibilities

• Assess creditworthiness of small businesses
• Conduct ratio, trend, and cash flow analysis

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in underwriting or financial analysis
• Strong understanding of small business financials
