SCIF IT Manager

We are seeking candidates, with a Systems Admin background, to manage essential infrastructure services, ensuring high availability and performance of data center services, physical and virtual server-class systems, storage, and thin-client VDI environments. In this role, you are expected to lead small to medium scale projects, design and implement system policies, conduct advanced troubleshooting, and are pivotal in the direct recovery efforts during critical system failures. You will also provide IT support to the Office and SCIF environments.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of IT equipment, including scheduling, installation and configuration of IT equipment, and project management.
• Coordinating with teams to ensure smooth IT operations and resolving technical issues.
• Maintaining IT documentation, including policies, procedures, inventory, and technical guides.
• Ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive information stored in SCIF environments.
• Managing access control, authentication, and authorization for SCIF personnel.
• Maintaining SCIF facilities, including equipment, furniture, and environmental controls.
• Use Atlassian's team collaboration software suite like Jira and Confluence to help organize, discuss and complete shared work.
• Use ServiceNow or other enterprise digital workflow tools to manage IT service requests, incidents, and problems.

Requirements

• Must possess a TS/SCI clearance with appropriate polygraph.
• 5-9 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Degree can be substituted with additional 2 years of relevant experience.
• CompTIA Security+ CE (required)
