As Scrum Master, you'll coordinate a cross-functional Agile development team utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework. Responsibilities
- Assume a servant leadership role to support a self-organized team to complete Scrum projects.
- Identify and remove impediments to progress.
- Facilitate sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
- Identify and manage the backlog.
- Support, coach and mentor team members.
- Track daily sprint progress and maintain schedules.
Requirements
- Currently hold an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Have a Bachelor's Degree.
- Must have 3+ years experience years of Scrum Master Experience leading various technical delivery projects (front-end web development, back-end development, etc.).
- Have a current Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
