Scrum Master, Finance Data and Analytics

About the position

You will work closely with Enterprise Data & Analytics, including dedicated squads of business systems analysts, data engineers, architects, and other technology experts, ultimately in support of Global and Geography Finance stakeholders. The candidate needs to have proven experience leading large transformational programs within a large, complex organization. The candidate needs to have excellent communication to various stakeholder groups, great problem-solving skills, ability to influence and ability to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be open to work in Beaverton, Oregon at Nike World Headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring effective scrum practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Empowering team members to deliver exceptional results.
• Improving the efficiency of Development teams and ensuring that projects produce the intended outcome in their allotted time.
• Collaborating with Product Owners to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and priorities.
• Ensuring teams adhere to Scrum practices, principles, and values.
• Monitoring key performance indicators, identifying potential risks, and streamlining workflows to improve efficiency and drive informed decision-making.
• Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
• Acting as a servant leader and coach for teams, enabling them to achieve their goals.
• Identifying and addressing any obstacles or blockers that may hinder team progress.
• Implementing a culture of continuous improvement by leading retrospectives and applying Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Leading initiatives to enhance team productivity and efficiency, using metrics and feedback to drive improvements.
• Fostering a collaborative and transparent environment where team members feel empowered to share ideas and insights.
• Monitoring industry trends and best practices in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience using Agile tools and software to manage projects and track progress.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent ability to facilitate discussions, actively listen, and clearly communicate complex information.
