Scrum Master/Project Manager

About the position

V2Soft is seeking a hybrid Scrum Master/Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing technical project delivery for Data Warehouse initiatives. The role requires a strong background in project management and Agile methodology, with a focus on reporting and finance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering application development projects, including at least 3 years as a technical lead. The Scrum Master will ensure that Agile principles are practiced and will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies while also managing project financials in alignment with the project budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical project delivery for Data Warehouse, ensuring business and technical requirements are met.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and manage the delivery of technical work via analysts, developers, and testers.
• Manage project financials in alignment with the project budget.
• Organize, plan, and execute large scale projects from vision through implementation.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in business terms.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming, planning meetings, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Establish, track, and communicate agile metrics to team, management, and stakeholders.
• Assist Product Owner and Delivery Team with making appropriate commitments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in delivering application development projects.
• Minimum of 3+ years as a technical lead.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience in managing application development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment.
• Scrum certification is mandatory.
