Scrum Master - Senior

About the position

As a Top Secret cleared Program Manager for this program, you will be working in an organization that's mission is to develop and operate the best possible software for critical national security enterprise applications. This organization leverages SCRUM and SAFE Agile software development methodology and strong Dev Ops practices. You will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. You will take projects from original concept through final implementation. You will develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, deliverables and status reports. You will be responsible for project tracking and analysis and will ensure adherence to quality standards. This position is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities

• Execute Scrum methodologies for product lifecycle.
• Guide teams in the Agile methodology, supports team rules, facilitates product team's progress toward team goals.
• Lead, facilitate meetings, eliminate blockers, promote Agile quality practices, build a high performing team.
• Coordinate with other teams, support ROM and level of estimate activities and provide team with feedback and means of improvement.
• Lead regular agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation such as team scrums, sprint planning, user demonstrations.
• Advise government personnel on incremental changes that could lead to continuous improvement in products, services, and/or standardization of processes.
• Plan and lead major technology assignments.
• Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
• Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
• May supervise others.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• In absence of degree, additional years of experience may be substituted for educational requirements
