Our work depends on a Requirements Engineer joining our highly skilled team to be a premier provider of cyber security services to the customer. We provide consummate cyber security risk management 'as a service' platform across multiple fabrics and centers. We have responsibility to ensure operational IT capabilities provide the client with necessary timeliness, accuracy and security of information demanded from all our highly professional roles. Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, technical systems integration support to fast-paced operational projects.
- Benefit from knowledge of software development, systems and enterprise architecture, software engineering, data engineering/management, and general problem-solving skills.
- Coordinates and monitors the scrum process from initiation through delivery.
- Plans and facilitates scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand up, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives.
- Assist the program with assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements.
- Maintains JIRA and other information radiators for the teams.
- Collaborates with clients or end users to understand business requirements.
- Acts as a liaison between development teams and product management, ensuring that appropriate project process is made.
- Identify programmatic and technical risks to the program, and work with teams to address and mitigate these risks.
- Identifies and resolves impediments that slow development or prevent the team from meeting established goals or milestones.
- Motivates teams to perform and ensures team members are collectively responsible for all aspects of the committed work (analysis, development, testing, documentation, etc.).
- Provides reports based on team capacity and how the team is performing against capacity.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training, and work/military experience.
- Required Experience: 8+ years.
- Required Technical Skills: Scrum Master Certification, Knowledge of AWS Cloud architecture and services, Knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development process, Knowledge of Jira (or similar) project management tools.
