Responsibilities

• Review each story with the team, facilitating all necessary requirements to ensure comprehensive testing capabilities.
• Lead daily stand-ups and support the team in adhering to the Scrum delivery process.
• Manage traditional project management duties such as scope definition, staffing, status communication to clients and partners, and risk/issue management.
• Engage with users, management, vendors, and technicians to evaluate computing needs and system requirements.
• Craft user stories and acceptance criteria, and participate in executing a portion of the testing on projects.
• Assist the team and product owner in transforming requirements into functional software.
• Ensure that product quality expectations are clearly defined and understood across the team.
• Work collaboratively with the team to schedule tasks, including defect remediation and refactoring, while preventing the buildup of technical debt.
• Analyze data processing proposals to determine project feasibility and requirements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence.
• A strong understanding of technology environments and software life cycles is essential.
• Possession of a bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Experience required: 3-6 years.

Nice-to-haves

• An MBA or other related advanced degree is preferred.
• Preferred but not mandatory: ScrumMaster Certification.
