About the position

We are tasked with overseeing the complete digital transformation of Vestas through Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in functioning effectively by facilitating agile Scrum ceremonies
• Support and mentor the team in Scrum methodologies while promoting Agile principles to enhance process effectiveness
• Ensure Cross team collaboration
• Assist the team in overcoming limitations so they can accomplish their tasks and contribute effectively to business success
• Assist Product Owner in managing scope of Scrum team and facilitate changes
• Facilitate team's agile Scrum ceremonies - Sprint Planning, Daily hurdle, Sprint Review & Retrospective, Backlog refinement
• Metrics and reporting: Track and report key performance indicators (KPI) related to team velocity, Sprint Progress and overall performance of the team.
• Promote transparency within the team and between teams by encouraging clear dialogue

Requirements

• B. E/ B.Tech in Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of Experience as Scrum Master from Wind Energy or from other Industries

Nice-to-haves

• Practical experience with Agile tools, such as Azure DevOps or other similar applications
• Very good presentation skills
• Experience in Handling team events
• Hobby Specific to hosting team events/ active in sports activities/ interested in Teaching & coaching
