Responsibilities

• Cuts and prepares seafood products for sale
• Assists in ordering proper amount of product for the seafood department
• Maintains, fills and rotates product and displays properly
• Assists customers and delivers premier customer service
• Dynamically sells product by describing products and services to customers
• Discusses product needs with customers
• Responds to customers' questions and provides information needed for product-related decisions
• Selects and wraps product at customer's request
• Operates scale
• Cleans sales and cutting areas
• Assists in setting up demonstrations
• Maintains Publix's high standards for product freshness and sanitation
• Assists in other duties as assigned
