About the position

As a Seasonal Customer Service Associate at Support Services Group, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support during the busy season. This hybrid position involves answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service to clients while also receiving training and support for your professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly answer all customer calls and help resolve issues effectively.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Place customer orders accurately.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • PC skills; experience with Windows-based computer applications is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation including the training period.
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales or customer service.
