About the position

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking an enthusiastic Seasonal Front of House Retail Team Member who is passionate about food quality, customer service, and community. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team, providing a unique menu selection of scratch-baked bread, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches. The role requires a flexible schedule and includes mandatory Saturday shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with menu selections.
• Maintain compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
• Support other departments as needed and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service or retail experience (preferred but not required).

• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handling and sanitation standards.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
