As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Associate at Macy's, you will play a vital role in creating a magical shopping experience for customers during the holiday season. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting with transactions, and providing exceptional customer service by recommending fragrances that enhance their holiday experience. Requirements

• Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and enthusiasm in the Fragrance department.
• Explain and demonstrate the use of fragrances through actual application.
• Ensure proper presentation, organization, storing, and replenishment of stock.
• Merchandise new receipts, process damages, testers, and select merchandise to return to vendors.
• Be proficient in Macy's point of sale systems and company devices to promote our loyalty program and wrap up sales in a warm celebratory fashion.
• Adhere to hygiene standards, asset protection controls, and compliance procedures.
