About the position

The Seasonal Sales Associate at HUGO BOSS is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience. This role involves showcasing the brand through merchandise presentations, executing operational strategies, and achieving personal sales goals. The associate will act as a brand ambassador, engaging with customers and the community while maintaining product knowledge and store standards.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize effective communication skills to deliver exceptional service to customers.
  • Achieve positive results in personal sales by focusing on relationship selling and building a client base.
  • Maintain awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
  • Cultivate relationships with the community through personal involvement and PR events.
  • Accurately complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
  • Assist in merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
  • Adhere to and execute all company policies, procedures, and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
  • Strong customer service and selling experience.
  • Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
