The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly. Manage filing systems to maintain accurate and organized records. Assist in office management tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies. Provide bilingual support in Spanish when needed to assist clients and colleagues effectively. Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication purposes. Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as required. Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area for clients and visitors. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations. Experience Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with phone systems and office management practices is essential. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are required. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable but not mandatory. Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications, particularly Google Suite, is necessary. Excellent typing skills with the ability to produce documents quickly and accurately.
