About The Position

The Operations Manager at Sunstates Security is responsible for overseeing operations, client relationships, and personnel management within the Northern California region. This role involves leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Operations Manager will also be involved in training and developing staff, managing day-to-day operations, and coordinating with upper management to achieve operational goals.

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to travel and regularly visit all site locations in the Northern CA region
  • Flexibility to be on-call

Responsibilities

  • Lead operations and client relationships within the Northern CA regional market.
  • Train, develop, and motivate supervisory staff to oversee day-to-day operations of site security personnel.
  • Oversee the employee onboarding process including interviewing, selection, training, and paperwork.
  • Train subordinate supervisors on software systems, procedural guidelines, and company policies.
  • Coordinate operational functions including payroll, billing, staffing, and scheduling.
  • Conduct site visits and audits in accordance with the Quality Assurance program.
  • Establish goals and objectives in coordination with Area Managers and Regional Manager.
