About the position

The Security Operations Manager at GardaWorld is responsible for overseeing security operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing security personnel. This role requires a strong background in security management, with a focus on monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as a top priority.
• Observe and survey the assigned area, reporting on activities.
• Monitor security and alarm systems, including CCTV.
• Respond to client emails and dispatch officers as needed.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed reports on security activities.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.

Requirements

• Must possess a New York Guard License.
• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• 2-4 years of prior experience in a supervisory role.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, and email.
• Experience with WinTeam, Kronos, or other scheduling/payroll systems.
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification required or willing to obtain.
• FDNY F-80 Certification required or willing to obtain.
