About The Position

The Security position at Mandrake Rooftop is essential for ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff. Security personnel are the first and last point of contact for patrons, responsible for maintaining order and providing a fun and safe environment. This role involves monitoring the crowd, checking IDs, and intervening in situations as necessary, all while adhering to local laws and company guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent certificate.
• Valid State of Ohio identification.
• Flexibility to work any days of the week, weekends, and various shifts as needed.
• Previous security experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the guest list to ensure VIP accommodations.
• Check each guest's Photo Identification upon entry and comply with all local, state, and federal laws in regard to admittance.
• Observe surroundings for guests that might need help, are intoxicated, or are being disruptive.
• Follow all company guidelines in regard to guest relations of any kind, positive or negative.
• Perform all duties assigned by the Manager on Duty.
