About the position

As a Semiconductor Environmental Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and safety of the cleanroom environment within our manufacturing facility. This position involves performing various certifications and monitoring tasks to maintain the highest standards of environmental quality. You will be responsible for executing the Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP) when monitoring parameters fall outside of specified limits, ensuring that all processes adhere to safety and compliance regulations. Your work will directly impact the quality of our semiconductor products, as you will conduct final outgoing wafer inspections and classify defects to ensure they meet shipping criteria. Additionally, you will support outgoing wafer packaging as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. A typical day in this role will require you to engage in a variety of tasks that include monitoring particle levels, air velocity, and DIW bacteria, as well as ensuring compliance with ESD standards. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace that meets 6S requirements, which emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Perform cleanroom environment certification and monitoring including particle, air velocity, DIW bacteria, ESD, etc.
  • Execute OCAP (Out of Control Action Plan) when monitor is out of spec or out of control.
  • Ensure workplace safety and maintain environment to meet 6S requirements.
  • Perform final outgoing wafer inspection and classify defects to ensure they meet shipping criteria.
  • Support outgoing wafer packaging as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Reliable work history with reasonable short-term movement between employers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle stress, and deliver on daily goals.
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability to new SOPs.
  • Experience working in the environmental quality/compliance field.
  • Fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
