About the position

The Senior Agile Coach will play a pivotal role in guiding teams and organizations through Agile transformations. This position requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, along with strong coaching and mentoring skills to enhance the capabilities of teams and individuals. The coach will be responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP.
• Coach teams and individuals at all levels on Agile principles and practices.
• Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile Coaches to strengthen their capabilities.
• Strategically plan for Agile transformations, setting vision, objectives, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage resistance to change and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure active participation and achieve intended outcomes.
• Guide teams through the transformation process with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Identify and resolve conflicts within teams and between stakeholders.
• Adapt coaching strategies to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
• Establish feedback mechanisms to promote continuous improvement in Agile practices.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in IT or software development.
• 6 years of experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• 5 years of experience specifically with Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP.
