The Senior Agile Coach will play a pivotal role in guiding teams and organizations through their Agile transformation journey. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile methodologies, particularly in a scaled environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching at the program and portfolio levels, ensuring that Agile principles are effectively integrated into the organization’s processes and culture. The Agile Coach will work closely with various teams to foster a collaborative environment, promote continuous improvement, and drive the adoption of Agile practices across the organization. In this role, the Senior Agile Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing Agile coaching strategies tailored to the specific needs of the organization. This includes conducting workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to enhance the Agile capabilities of teams. The coach will also facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, ensuring that teams are aligned and focused on delivering value. The position requires a hands-on approach, where the Agile Coach will actively engage with teams to identify challenges and provide actionable solutions. The candidate should possess a strong technical background, particularly in software development and quality assurance, to effectively guide teams in technical Agile practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and DevOps. Additionally, experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence is essential for tracking progress and facilitating communication among teams.
