About the position

The Senior Agile Project Manager at EOS is responsible for leading and managing software engineering projects for EOS One. This role involves overseeing the successful delivery of complex software solutions, ensuring projects are executed on time and aligned with business objectives. The position combines project management and scrum master responsibilities, guiding development teams through agile processes while managing efforts across the engineering group. This impactful role contributes directly to the success and growth of EOS One, driving agile transformation and delivering valuable solutions for the business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage software development projects across the EOS One engineering team, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Facilitate Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) within development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Support engineering operations responsibilities such as outage response coordination, release management, and change control coordination.
  • Drive project prioritization and backlog management, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to align work with business priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience leading software development efforts in a technology-centric business environment.
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
  • Proven ability to serve as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, facilitating all agile ceremonies and helping teams overcome obstacles.
  • Expertise in managing relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals, timelines, and expectations.
  • Strong skills in identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies to prevent delays and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies in workflows, coach teams through retrospectives, and implement process improvements.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with management consulting methodologies used to drive organizational transformation.
  • Experience with guiding teams and organizations through transitions to more agile ways of working.
  • Familiarity with the full product lifecycle, from ideation through release, and experience working alongside Product Managers.
