About the position
The Senior Scrum Master position is a critical role within a large financial enterprise environment. The candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, ensuring effective communication among team members, and guiding the team in Scrum methodologies. The role requires a strong understanding of backlog grooming and collaboration with Product Managers, as well as the ability to mentor and train junior staff. Responsibilities
