As a Senior Analyst in Finance Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design and optimization of finance processes as Circle scales. You will collaborate directly with Finance and cross-functional teams to facilitate the design and implementation of finance transformation initiatives, finance automation, and the streamlining of core finance processes. This role is essential for supporting international expansion and enabling the product roadmap. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the project management and operationalization of finance transformation initiatives, such as ERP system implementation and process automation. You will work closely with Accounting, Tax, Data, and Treasury teams to support the enablement of core finance processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, to ensure financial readiness for new projects and initiatives. You will also support the alignment of finance processes with the company's growth and international expansion strategy, develop documentation, monitoring tools, and contribute to change management activities and training efforts for new finance systems and processes. Building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders will be key to promoting collaborative success.
