About the position

The Senior Analyst position focuses on the implementation of complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for large-scale customers across various industry verticals. The role requires active participation in project execution while demonstrating strong technical leadership. The candidate will need to possess a general understanding of market trends and competition, as well as the ability to comprehend the clients' business environments. This understanding will enable the analyst to map client requirements into effective IAM solutions and proactively suggest alternatives when necessary. A strong emphasis on teamwork is essential, as collaboration with various stakeholders is a key component of the role. The responsibilities include deploying and implementing at least two IAM product suites, such as CA IDM Suite, Oracle IDM Suite, Sailpoint IDM Suite, or NetIQ IDM Suite. A solid understanding of LDAP concepts and experience with directories like Oracle Internet Directory, Sun Directory Server, Active Directory, and others is crucial. The analyst should also have experience in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), compliance solutions, and access certification solutions, which are considered advantageous. Familiarity with application servers and J2EE product development is also required. The candidate must be able to understand customer scenarios and requirements, including integration situations, and suggest appropriate solutions. Knowledge of current IDM, strong authentication, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technologies is essential, along with excellent communication skills to work effectively with global counterparts.

Responsibilities

  • Implement complex IAM solutions for large-scale customers across various industries.
  • Demonstrate strong technical leadership during project execution.
  • Understand the client's business environment and map requirements into IAM solutions.
  • Proactively suggest alternatives to meet client needs.
  • Deploy and implement IAM product suites such as CA IDM, Oracle IDM, Sailpoint IDM, or NetIQ IDM.
  • Work with LDAP concepts and various directory services like Oracle Internet Directory and Active Directory.
  • Analyze and validate cybersecurity incidents and assist the L3 team with root cause analysis and data collection.
  • Create and maintain configuration documents, test plans, and operational manuals for knowledge transfer and training.
  • Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools.
  • Prepare analyses and reports to highlight project progress and challenges.

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of strong IAM implementation experience.
  • Experience in deployment and implementation of at least two IAM product suites.
  • Good understanding of LDAP concepts and experience with various directory services.
  • Experience with RBAC, compliance solutions, and access certification solutions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with application servers and J2EE product development.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer-facing exposure is essential.
  • CISSP certification is a bonus.
