We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Consultant. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Hexagon's application solutions, providing technical consulting to customers in implementing and optimizing software solutions.
  • Analyze customer requirements and workflows to design tailored application strategies that align with their goals.
  • Lead deployment, configuration, and customization of software products, ensuring seamless integration with customer environments.
  • Deliver technical training, workshops, and support to users, fostering adoption and proficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Product Development, Engineering, and Sales to address customer feedback and ensure solutions meet evolving industry needs.
  • Develop detailed documentation for project implementation plans, application workflows, and user guides.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative recommendations and solutions to clients.
  • Conduct pre-sales demonstrations and contribute to proposals, showcasing the value and capabilities of Hexagon's solutions.
  • Support customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in application consulting, software implementation, or related roles within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing workflows and processes, including quality control, design, and production.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation concepts such as Industry 4.0, Smart Factories, and IoT.
  • Knowledge of scripting or programming for software customization (e.g., Python, Javascript, NodeJS backend, ReactJS frontend, SQL + Prisma for databases, and Azure Cloud for CI/CD pipelines and deployment) is a plus.
