Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers in the development of compact models for advanced mask optimization.
  • Building compact lithography models for advanced technology nodes.
  • Supporting debugging of customer issues and creating/testing workarounds for production needs.
  • Executing and improving flows for lithography wafer data analysis, sampling, and outlier detection.
  • Performing lithography simulations and analyzing OPC or ILT optimized mask patterns.
  • Supporting Proteus compact lithography modeling tools.

Requirements

  • M.S. or Ph.D. in Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • 5+ years of experience with an engineering scripting language.
  • 5+ years of experience with Unix/Linux environments.
  • Physical modeling experience for engineering or scientific applications.
  • Data analysis experience for engineering or scientific applications.
  • Significant direct customer interaction and co-working experience.
