About the position

As a Senior Asset Manager at our esteemed real estate investment and development company, you will play a pivotal role in the formulation and execution of strategies aimed at maximizing returns and optimizing income for a Luxury Class A mixed-use high-rise asset located in Los Angeles. Your responsibilities will encompass managing and enhancing the value of our company assets, ensuring that we achieve our financial goals and maintain a competitive edge in the market. You will be tasked with the overall improvement of cash flow and asset value, which is critical to our success in the real estate sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and preparing the annual budgets, as well as reporting on the financial performance of the assets under your purview. Your ability to work independently with a diverse portfolio across at least two states will be essential, as you will oversee capital improvement projects and coordinate with third-party management firms to ensure that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complexities of asset management in the luxury real estate market, and you will be expected to bring innovative solutions to the table to enhance our asset performance. This position requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and make informed decisions that align with our company's objectives. You will be expected to maintain strong communication with stakeholders and provide detailed financial reporting to ensure transparency and accountability in all asset management activities.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute strategies and plans for the property to maximize returns and optimize income.
  • Manage and improve the value of company assets.
  • Oversee the overall improvement of cash flow and asset value.
  • Manage and prepare the annual budgets and financial performance reports for assets.
  • Work independently with a diverse portfolio across at least two states.
  • Oversee capital improvement projects and third-party management firms.

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience in Asset Management.
  • Experience in Luxury Multi-Family Real Estate and Retail is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and independent work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Knowledge and experience in overseeing capital improvement projects.
