About the position

The Senior / Associate Manager, Reese’s Brand Equity & Activation Marketing will have responsibility for specific projects and activities in support of our mighty Reese’s brand, including media, creative, design, and program/innovation activation and tracking. The job requires strategic skills, leadership, and a developed set of marketing and general management skills that can translate into successful short and long-term sales, profit, and share results.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and presenting recommendations to management
  • Conducting external and internal analytical assessments of the business environment, competitors, customers and market trends, and implications to their business
  • Applying overall business knowledge and a holistic general management approach
  • Demonstrating leadership skills to drive coordination with other functional areas
  • Leading cross-functional teams to commercialize innovation, promotions, design changes, media, etc.
  • Partnering with the Sales organization to develop sales communications
  • Communicating effectively with a wide breadth of audiences
  • Exhibiting learning agility

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or product management in the consumer-packaged goods industry, preferably in a food category
