About the position

The Senior B2B Marketing Manager at Figure will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the Partner HELOC business. This position involves collaborating with various teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at B2B and B2B2C audiences. The role emphasizes the importance of data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization of marketing efforts to achieve significant sales qualified opportunity (SQO) targets.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the strategy and execution of sophisticated marketing campaigns targeting defined B2B and B2B2C audiences.
  • Utilize tactics such as email marketing, webinars, digital marketing, social media marketing, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, and event promotion.
  • Identify and leverage optimal channels to reach key market segments.
  • Collaborate with sales and content teams to develop targeted, relevant messaging.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-backed optimizations.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to develop and maintain marketing collateral for new products and upsell motions.
  • Ensure all messaging is consistent, compliant with industry regulations, technically accurate, and compelling.
  • Adapt marketing materials to address specific customer segments and use cases.
  • Deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads to the enterprise sales team.
  • Implement lead scoring and nurturing workflows in Hubspot.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B Marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience with Hubspot Marketing Hub or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially with standing up campaigns, processes, and attribution from scratch.
  • Experience in financial technology, software, and B2B; mortgage industry experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing ABM strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to engage in hands-on work.
  • Understanding of marketing compliance requirements.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for various audiences.
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow through, and adequate sense of urgency.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and prioritize appropriately.
